FBA/PBSP: Making the Forms Work for You!

This workshop provides a comprehensive overview in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing functionbased Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs). The training will specifically review the FBA and PBSP forms on Van Buren Intermediate School District’s webbased special education student management system (TIENET), as well as provide direct training in recommended supplemental tools such as the Functional Assessment Checklist for Teachers/Staff (FACTS) and the ABC Data Collection Form. Participants will have the ability to practice use of these tools and review completed examples of all forms.
