Section 104d Assessment Reimbursement Grant

Districts or Public School Academies (PSAs) interested in applying for the 2018-19 Assessment Reimbursement grant issued under PA 265 of 2018 Sec. 104d should complete this application. 

Upon submission of this application, the applicant must upload proof of purchase (receipt, purchase order, etc.) and any supporting documents including signature from the Superintendent or Lead Administrator.

The information and resources provided in this application (list of assessments, etc.) should only be considered for this application process.  Resources were designed and created for meeting the requirements of Section 104d of PA 265 of 2018.  Any future work around Assessment Reimbursement, or other legislation, will require additional consideration, and appropriate adjustments shall be made. 

The deadline to apply for these funds is November 9, 2018.  At that time a formula calculation will be made to determine grant award amounts.  The $9,200,000 allocated will be distributed on an equal per pupil for which the assessment was purchased basis based on 17-18 student count as indicated in PA 265 of 2018 Sec. 104d.
