Biographical Sketch:
Son of Reuben M. and Jane (Feezler) Hicks. After graduation, he practiced law in Durand MI which he gave up temporarily in 1913 to work as assistant cashier of the Shiawassee County Bank of Durand. In 1919, he went into law practice in Owosso as a partner with Roy D. Matthews. Served a prosecuting attorney for 4 years; later served on the Michigan Public Services Commission. Member of Masons; Odd Fellows; and Order of Eastern Star.
