Senate Resolution No. 58, 1951 Senate Journal, p. 1462, reported that he had died on 5/29/1951. No place of death reported.

Notable Facts:
After graduation, practiced law in Durand MI which he gave up temporarily in 1913 to work as assistant cashier of the Shiawassee County Bank of Durand. In 1919 he went into law practice in Owosso as a partner with Roy D. Matthews. Served a prosecuting attorney for four years. Member of Freemasons, Odd Fellows and Order of Eastern Star.
