Biographical Sketch:
He came with his parents, Opdyke H. and Ellen D. (Oxford or Axford) Cummins, in 1863 to Clarkston, going to Ann Arbor in 1871. In 1876, he went to Farwell, MI; in 1885, he moved to Harrison, MI. After 1876, he has practiced law in Clare County. He was part of the Browne and Cummins firm from 1885-91 but practiced alone from 1892. He served as prosecuting attorney of Clare Co.[1 term]. Member of the Masons; the Odd Fellows and Knights of Pythias
