Biographical Sketch:
After completing school he engaged as forest engineer for six years, and as business manager of the Upper Michigan Products Co. He has served as supervisor five terms and as mayor of Iron Mountain.

Notable Facts:
Republican and served in the legislature of 1921-1922 and was re-elected November 7, 1922, by a vote of 4,209 to 685. HCR 99, 1977 House Journal, p. 393, indicated that he had died. No place or date or death reported in the resolution. According to the Social Security Index he died in February 1977.
