Biographical Sketch:
Son of Mortimer L. and Virginia E. (Keith) Smith. Upon leaving school he entered the office of his father , the late Mortimer L. Smith , where he acquired the architect's profession. After the death of his father he continued the business in partnership with his brother and eventually succeeded to the business of the old firm.
