Biographical Sketch:
Of English descent. Son of Eziekel A. & Juliana (Worden) Hull. Came to Michigan in 1845 and lived in Whitmore Lake until 1849 when they moved to Windsor, Eaton Co. in Dimondale in 1880. He taught for 12 terms commencing when he was 18. He was in the shoe and grocery business in Dimondale, briefly in 1864 but resumed teaching. In 1865 he began to study medicine privately. After some coursework at University of Michigan, he began practicing in Dimondale in 1867, although he returned to school in Detroit, later. He was a surgeon and lawyer, admitted to the bar in 1893. Held several local offices: township clerk, 1864-67, 1869-74, 1876; superintendent of schools, 1876-80. Took the 9th Federal census for the 1st district of Eaton Co. Member of the Masons
