Notable Facts:
Aide to Democratic U.S. Sen. Bill Bradley of New Jersey. Elected to represent the 17th District in the State House (2004) in a special election to fill a vacancy. Speaker of the House of Representatives in the 2007-2010 terms. He ran for governor in the 2010 Democratic primary, but lost.
