Biographical Sketch:
Lifelong resident of Royal Oak. Worked for City of Farmington Hills Department of Planning and Community Development. Elected as a Royal Oak City Commissioner in 1997. Initiated a bipartisan Public Transit Legislative Caucus. After she left office her work has been associated with non-profit organizations in Southeast Michigan. After serving as Executive Director of the North Oakland Headwaters Land Conservancy in 2013, she began working for the Harriet Tubman Center in Detroit, as their transit project coordinator.
