Rocca was a laboratory technician for Johnson Controls. His law experience included the areas of business law, premises liability defense, and product liability defense. Rocca was the only freshman representative to be appointed chairman of a standing policy committee in the Michigan House of Representatives during the 93rd Legislature due to his expertise in business and law.
