Biographical Sketch:
During world war II, he served in the naval aviation department and upon his return took the management of the St. Claire hotel. Member of Knights of Columbus. Purchasing agent.

Notable Facts:
According to House Concurrent Resolution No. 42, 1963 House Journal, p. 875, he died 3/24/1964 in Detroit. Charged on July 20, 1946 (along with 18 other legislators) with accepting bribes to vote against a banking bill, but the entire case collapsed when the star prosecution witness, Charles F. Hemans, refused to testify. Changed parties
