Biographical Sketch:
Son of Ogden V. and Julia E. (McArthur) Tuttle. Practiced law in Leslie upon graduation in 1895. In the fall of 1898 he was elected prosecuting attorney of Ingham county and in January, 1899, opened a law office in the city of Lansing. He was reelected in the fall of 1900. He was elected president of the village of Leslie in 1905. He was president of the People's Bank of Leslie, and was interested in farming and various business enterprises but devoted nearly all of his time to his legal business. He maintained law offices at both Leslie and Lansing.
