Biographical Sketch:
Of American descent. Was a foreman at Lamb Knit Goods Co. in Colon for 13 years. During this time he served two terms as Colon Township Treasurer then was chosen Justice of the Peace and was elected Treasurer of St. Joseph Co. in 1904 & again in 1906. He also held the office of the President of Centerville village and worked as chairman of the Republican County Committee during the 1908 campaign.
