Biographical Sketch:
He was apprenticed to the printer's trade in the office of the Grand Ledge Independant. In 1914 he moved to Clio, Michigan. He was connected with the printing and publishing business in Michigan for many years, retiring in 1927. Served as president of the Clio State Bank. He was clerk of the Genesee county draft board during the world war and was also clerk of Vienna township for six consecutive terms.

Notable Facts:
Elected to the legislature in 1924 and 1926, November 6, 1928, without opposition, and re-elected in 1930. According to House Concurrent Resolution No. 41, 1939 House Journal, p. 1515, he died 5/13/1939.
