Biographical Sketch:
He was president of Esourceful, LLC and the deputy director for the House Democratic research staff. He was the chair of the Washtenaw County Road Commission and the trustee for Washtenaw Community College for thirteen years. He was the chair of the State Boundary Commission for ten years, and was a board member at Dawn Farm Drug Rehab Center, Citizens Bank, and the Ann Arbor Community Foundation. He was the supervisor for Superior Township for eight years. In June 2017 he was appointed the Robert and Marjorie Griffin Endowed Chair in American Government at Central Michigan University.
