Notable Facts:
Said to have renamed Greenbush, Michigan in 1842 as Lexington, MI in honor of his wife's Revolutionary War ancestor, Ethan Allan. Wind Gone Down, 1978. p. 46. 1848 Manual and MIBiog give service county as St. Clair though Lexington is in Sanilac Co.
