Biographical Sketch:
Son of Edward J. and Caroline (Hiltzebecher) Huebner. Began career in manufacture of sash and doors with his father in the Huebner Manufacturing Co. He was president of the Union Credit Co. of Detroit, vice president of the same association at Grand Rapids, and secretary of Huebner Manufacturing Co., and member of the firm of Ed. Huebner & Co. Manufactured brass goods for 10 years. President of the Detroit and Pittsburgh Coal Co. He served as Wayne County treasurer, 1891-92. In 1920, he was an inspector in an auto factory. Member of the German American Association; the Masons, Knights Templar and Shriners. Member of St. John's German Evangelical Church.
