Biographical Sketch:
Lived at Brockway and Port Huron until thirteen years old, then went to Au Sable and Oscoda and tallied and inspected lumber during the summer months, attending school winters. Admitted to the bar in 1895, practiced separately until 1899 when he formed partnership called Hall and Brockway with Hon. Devere Hall of Bay City. Held the office of Circuit Court Commissioner from 1898-1902.
