Biographical Sketch:
Son of John B. and Charity A. (Bristol) Scully. He was a prominent state lecturer on agricultural subjects. He started the good roads project in Lapeer County. From 1911-13 , he was vice-president of the American Leicester Sheep Breeders' Register Association. He was also the secretary of the Lapeer County Farmers' Mutual Insurance Association; and vice-president of the Michigan Live Stock Insurance Co., Member of the Masons, Gleaners, the Grange and the Farmers' Clubs and served as President of the Michigan State Association of Farmers' Clubs.
