Biographical Sketch:
Son of Wright R. and Sarah E. (Booth) Bunting. He moved to Michigan about 1888. He was principal of the Thompsonville schools in 1890 and 1891 and of the Empire schools in 1892, was admitted to the bar in 1893, locating at Empire where he has practiced his profession. He served deputy county clerk, register of deeds, prosecuting attorney for two terms, and was alternate delegate to the national convention at Philadelphia in 1900. He was elected lieutenant colonel of Michigan Sons of Veterans in 1893.
