Biographical Sketch:
He was an attorney. He was a member of the Human Trafficking Commission and the Mental Health and Wellness Commission. He was the chair of the Workgroup on Integration of Mental and Physical Health and Delivery of Services. He was a member of the State Bar of Michigan and was admitted to the US District Court, Eastern District of Michigan and the US Court of Appeals Sixth circuit. He was the appointee for the Detroit-Wayne County Community Mental Health Agency. He served four terms as the Wayne County commissioner.
