He owned and operated the Classic Trolley Company in Dearborn for 20 years. He was a Realtor and associate broker for 20 years. He was the past board member of the Dearborn Chamber of Commerce, the Inter Service club Council, the Michigan Cancer Foundation/Karmanos Cancer Institute from 1990-2005. He was a member of the Dearborn Rotary club, Dearborn Area Board of Realtors, Michigan Association of Realtors, National Relators Association, Dearborn Goodfellows including time as their past president, Meals on Wheels, Dearborn Education Fund, Dearborn Jaycees, Dearborn Special Olympics, just for Dearborn, Dearborn Burn Drive, Dearborn heights Association for Developmentally Disabled, Exchange Club of Dearborn, Dearborn Kiwanis, Dearborn Animal Shelter, WADOS volunteer, and the Dearborn Community Arts Council. He was the past member and president of the City Beautiful Commission from 1990-2007. He was a member of the Dearborn City Council from 2007-2011.
