Son of Lucius William and Emeline Rebecca (Fitts) Case. Served as justice of the peace for at least twenty 8 years. In 1889, incorporated his lumber business with two of his brothers under the name of Case Brothers Lumber Company. operated a small mill on Cold Creek near his home.
