Biographical Sketch:
Son of Lucius William and Emeline Rebecca (Fitts) Case. Served as justice of the peace for at least 28 years. In 1889, he incorporated his lumber business with two of his brothers under the name of Case Brothers Lumber Company. He operated a small mill on Cold Creek near his home.
