Biographical Sketch:
Of Irish descent. Son of Frank N. and Mary Adelaide (Shaw) Liddy. He served as common pleas court judge. He ran for circuit court judge in 1935. Served in the Thirty-first Michigan infantry and was honorably discharged as Lieutenant in 1916. He taught in Detroit high schools and was supervisor of schools in the Philippine Islands for 2 years.
