    Biographical Sketch: 
    Son of Truman and Sarah HillHe moved to Kalamazoo, MI in 1858, then moved to a farm in Calhoun County where he lived until 1870.  He settled in Attica, Lapeer County where he went into business as a dealer of lumber and grain.   He served as treasurer of Attica 3 terms and was a member of the school board for 5 years. By 1888 he had moved to Council Bluffs, Iowa.

    Replaced Frank Kendrick for extra session of 1882.
