Biographical Sketch:
Of Dutch-Irish descent. Son of Weller P. and Mary (McCann) Brower. He taught school 3 years before entering Valparaiso University. In 1907, he began practicing law at Stockbridge MI. He moved to Jackson in 1910 and was Jackson county's assistant prosecuting attorney 1913-14.
