Son of Frederick and Helen (Mead Stone) Eaton. Admitted to the bar in 1892; Saginaw County Prosecuting Attorney, 1897-1900; served in the U.S. Navy during the Spanish-American War as an Ensign. He moved to Detroit in 1908. He was a district attorney.
