Biographical Sketch:
Son of Elwin [or Edwin] M. and Mehitble E. [Hattie] (Kimball) Cady. After studying law in the offices of Avery Brothers and Walsh, he was admitted to the bar 7/25/1895 but began practice 10/1897. He formed a partnership with Clifford W. Crandall, 5/10/1900. He served as police justice, circuit court commissioner, two terms; prosecuting attorney, two terms; and as postmaster of Port Huron.
