Son of David & Jeannette Hebert. Lived in Ecorse, MI for many years. Elected president of Michigan Table Top [a professional association]. He served as an Ecorse village trustee (1940-41)and on the Ecorse City Council (1942-45). Later lived in Virginia.

Notable Facts:
Served on committees for: education; taxation and liquor control; lead on issues related to the Mackinac Bridge and requiring photos on drivers' licenses. President of International Richwood Co. House Resolution 595, 1991 House Journal, 2874 indicated that the had died. No or place of death. Prior record indicated that he died 6/1/1991 at Fort Belvior, Virginia.
