Biographical Sketch:
Son of Henry H. and Rosalia A. (Seeyler) Pulver. Admitted to the bar10/19/1901. He practiced law in Caro and Bay City, MI. Began practicing law in Owosso around 1909; city attorney there for 5 years; prosecuting attorney for Shiawassee County for 4 years. He was a First Lieutenant in the air service of the U.S. Army, 1918-19, and discharged to the Air Service Officers' Reserve Corps as a captain. After this service he returned to Owosso the practice law. He served on the state hospital commission fro 4 years. Member of the Elks; Odd Fellows; and American Legion.
