Biographical Sketch:
Delegate from Wayne County to the Constitutional Convention of 1835. He came to Plymouth, MI in 1833, 2 miles west of the village of Northville, where he lived until his death. He held many local offices. He was a Captain of a New York volunteer company in the War of 1812, and was engaged in the Battle of Queenstown and other battles of the war.
