Biographical Sketch:
Of English parents. Son of Edward Scoville Manwaring and Sarah Jane (Bundy) Manwaring. He practiced law at Menomonie and Superior, WI, until 1903, when he retired and moved to Ann Arbor, MI, where he famed and grew fruit. He served on the board of education; as supervisor; and as alderman of his city for 10 years.
