He specialized in corporate law. Attorney for the National Automobile Owners Inter-Insurance Association, 1916-1937. Vice-pres. Birdseye Veneer Co. of Escanaba. Member of the Masons and BPOE (Elks). Member of the Bd of Education of Escanaba, 1903-15.
