Notable Facts:
Went to South Dakota in 1882 where he filed a claim on 480 acres of government land. While there he held several township offices and was senator one term. Returned to Michigan in 1905 and settled on a farn near Greenville. Senate Resolution No 23, 1934 Extra Session, p. 212 indicated that he had died March 13, 1934.
