Son of Blizure B. and Rossetta A. (Gregory) Fouch. He served as circuit court commissioner [30 years], city attorney [20 years] and prosecuting attorney for Allegan Co.[1915-18 and 1945-46]. Elected national commander of the Sons of Union Veterans, 1948.

Notable Facts:
Some death sources give death date as July 15, 1952 others say April 15, 1952. Named "Mr. Alumnus of 1952 by Valparaiso University shortly before his death. Died of self-inflicted shotgun wounds/ suicide.
