Biographical Sketch:
Son of Frederick and Mayme (Leidlein) Schwinger. Engaged in the meat packing business in the firm of Schwinger & Sons, in Saginaw county. He served on the County School Board, 1947-64; acting postmaster for Saginaw, 1948-52; director of the Saginaw County fair 1952-71 and the Saginaw County Board of Commissioners, 1968-71. Member of the Germania society of Saginaw.
