Biographical Sketch:
Son of Abraham & Mary E. (Keller) Fralick. Work on a boat on the Erie Canal; (1832) sailed on a whaler for 2 years. In 1834 he shipped as 3rd mate on a merchant vessel. He went to Detroit, 1836. Engaged in several businesses in different cities before the Civil War. Participated in the War & returned to business ventures in Michigan at its conclusion. Served in several local offices.
