Biographical Sketch:
Son of Edgar James and Leona (Cummins) Wiley. He practiced law in Sault Ste. Marie beginning in 1904; became the senior member of the Wiley & Green firm. Served as prosecuting attorney of Chippewa County, 1909-10 and Michigan's attorney general, 1921-23, [resigned in 1923]. Member of the Shriners, Freemasons & American Bar Association.
