After leaving the legislature, she served for 8 years as a Wayne County Commissioner.

Notable Facts:
First woman disk jockey in Michigan. Elected in a special election to fill a vacant seat in 1960. HR 309, 2000 House Journal, p. 578, indicated that he had died. No date or place of death indicated.
