Biographical Sketch:
He worked for the Wayne County Sheriff's Department for 29 years. He was the executive sergeant and commanding officer for the Sheriff's Internet Crimes Unit and Special Operations Division. He was a member of the Roseville Optimist Club, the Roseville Goodfellows, the Friends of the Roseville Public Library, the Roseville Historical and Genealogical Society, and the Nautical Mile Handicapped Fishing Derby. He was a member of the Wayne County Police Lieutenants and Sergeants Association and the Richmond Sportsmen's Club. He was the chairman of the Southeast Macomb Sanitary District and South Macomb Disposal Authority. He was a member of the Roseville City Council from 1995-2009, and mayor of the city of Roseville from 2009-2014.
