Biographical Sketch:
He was the assistant prosecutor for Macomb County and worked with the Detroit Mercy's Veterans Legal program. He was an attorney for Fraser and Souweidane. He was a member of Michigan Association for Justice, the Macomb Bar Association, the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 124, and the UAW. He resigned as state representative the same day he was appointed to Macomb County treasurer in January 2016.

Notable Facts:
Resigned in Jan 2016 after being appointed Macomb County treasurer. Son of Senator Art Miller Jr.; grandson of Art Miller Sr., who was elected the first mayor of Warren in 1957; grandson of Edna Miller, first female elected county clerk.
