Biographical Sketch:
He worked for the state of Michigan for 12 years before working in health services with children with special needs in Maryland, then returned to state work when he worked with the state of Florida’s Health Department. He moved back to Detroit with his family in 2006. He was member of Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan’s administration, where he served as a district manager tasked with bringing residents together, combating blight and, ultimately, building stronger neighborhoods
