Justice of the peace, Taylor Twp 1955-1957; city attorney, Melvindale, MI, 1957-1959; attorney, Taylor Twp, 1957-1964; delegate, Michigan constitutional convention, 1961-1962. Still living as of 1996. He was outspoken in his defense of everyday American workers, whether in the automovbile plants of his home district or in the halls of federal agencies in Washington.
