Biographical Sketch:
While pursuing his degree, Pat was the lead carpenter for Railing Carpentry. After graduation from college he began working for my multi-generation family excavating business, Outman Excavating and became a home builder in Montcalm and surrounding counties; the family also had a cattle operation. Before being elected to the Michigan House, Pat worked in the State House, first in the House Committee Clerk’s Office and later as the district liaison for Montcalm County. He also formerly served as chairman of the Montcalm County Republican Party. He served on the board of the Montcalm County Farm Bureau; member of the NRA.
