Biographical Sketch:
Born in New York, the son of Darius and Margaret (Baldwin) Linsley, he removed with his parents to Kalamazoo, MI, in 1857. He served in the Michigan State Troops, much of the time as a commissioned officer. He was instrumental in establishing the Three Rivers Building and Loan Association.
