Biographical Sketch:
Of Scottish descent. He moved to Tuscola County, MI with his parents, Alexander and Isabella (Clark) Sanson, in 1865. He taught school for 6 years and was attached to the staff of the Industrial School for Boys in Illinois for 1 year. He farmed in Virginia and was in the timber business in Virginia for 5 years before returning to his parents' farm in Tuscola Co.. He served in many township offices and was Tuscola County Treasurer, 1917-20.
