Biographical Sketch:
Son of Charles Brunson and Ann Eliza (Miller) Foote. Moved with his parents from Ionia to a farm near Belding in 1872. Taught school for 2 years. Studied law with Lyon & Dooling of St. Johns and was admitted to practice December 22, 1892. Practiced law in Belding until 1902, when he formed a partnership with W. A. Rounds and bought a hotel at Hart MI. He sold out in 1907 and went to Alto where he engaged in the hardware business. Member Knights of Pythias and past chancellor of the order.
