Biographical Sketch:
Of English descent. Son of Ervin, and Emma (Humphrey)Palmer. He began practicing law in 1893 in the firm of Palmer and Palmer, with his father. He specialized in real estate and probate law. He was assistant city attorney of Detroit for 2 years and assistant corporation counsel for 4 years. He was also assistant corporation counsel under Hon. Charles Flowers. Member of the Masons; Detroit Curling Club; and the Detroit Boat Club.
