New CTE Program Applications Transitioning to the Career and Technical Education Information System (CTEIS)
Beginning with the 2026-27 school year, all new CTE program applications—including regular CTE programs, Early Middle College (EMC) programs, and middle school CTE programs—will be submitted through CTEIS. The annual application window will run from October 1, 2026, through January 20, 2027.
