The security access portal for GEMS/MARS moved to MiLogin for Business (https://milogintp.michigan.gov/) as of May 1st, 2023. If you have been redirected to this screen it means that your GEMS account may be deactivated, or your access has exceeded the 60 min time limit out and you need to login back in via MiLogin.
The Michigan Department of Education (MDE) is required by law to monitor implementation of Federal and State programs at the local level to ensure funds and other resources are spent or used appropriately in accordance with State and Federal law and Education policy. GEMS/MARS is the Grant Electronic Monitoring System / Michigan Administrative Review System and supports this monitoring process.
